Council Recap: Rental Licensing Back on the Agenda

Town Council spent most of Monday evening on the short-term rental licensing item. Staff presented updated enforcement figures, and several council members raised questions about how appeals are currently handled.

What was decided: no vote was taken. The item was continued to the next regular meeting so staff can return with a written appeals procedure.

What we asked for: a published fee study showing how license fees relate to administration costs, and a ten-day packet posting standard for any item affecting license holders.
